01 / Challenge
The project combined new hardwood installation with existing floors that also needed refinishing. The visible challenge was continuity: connected living areas and their transitions needed to read as one considered floor plan rather than separate phases of work.
02 / Approach
Noble installed hardwood in the selected living areas, prepared the existing material for refinishing, and coordinated stain and finish decisions across the points where new and existing flooring met. Treating the connected surfaces as one visual system kept layout, color, and sheen decisions aligned.

The finished Overland Park home has a warmer, more consistent hardwood direction across the main living spaces, with the new installation and renewed existing floor supporting the same overall look.
